RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ready To Ship
If an item is from the ready to ship section (therefore premade) we can accept a return or exchange, however please do not order multiple sizes as this will mess with our stock levels, you can refer to the size guide for help with sizing. If requesting a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received it in to be eligible. It must be sent back in the original packaging with return tag still attached, anything sent back not in this condition will be returned to the customer and we will be unable to process the request. Please note, bikinis are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and are liable for the return shipping process. We can not be held accountable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process therefore tracked or signed for services are recommended.
Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving order.
If an item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

Made To Order
All items purchased that are not labelled ‘ready to ship’ are made to order, meaning these are handmade as and when the orders come through, we do not keep stock of these items. Every item is hand made with precision and care, and is thoroughly quality checked and measured before being dispatched.
As we are a small business and each made to order item is made uniquely for a specific customer / order, we can not accept returns or exchanges on any of these items. We hope you understand.
