Who are we?

Indigo Freya is a Manchester based independent clothing brand started by fashion graduate and designer, Indigo Chorley in 2019. Indigo Freya is a slow and ethical fashion brand that creates Y2K & 90s inspired, pastel coloured, sassy clothing that promotes and encourages people to be loud and proud of their uniqueness. Embracing confidence with every outfit.

Indigo Freya is a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community embracing drag culture in her approach to design. Offering customisation on a number of items to allow for shoppers to truly express themselves.

Each unique piece of clothing is hand made by Indigo in her Manchester based studio, aiming to be part of a better, more sustainable future for fashion, making quality original pieces that last, and even better, each item is made with loving hands and passion from the woman behind the scenes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Can my order be prioritised?
​
If you need your order before the current made to order lead times please select the ‘rush my order’ option at check out. This means you order will be prioritised and made within 7 working days.

Do you accept returns?

How can I leave a review?
​
You can either visit the leave a review page or alternatively you can send a message on an instagram story and tag us, we can then add to our 'review' highlight.

How do I care for my products?
​
Please check each individual product listing for specific care about the product you are interested in.

How does your order process work?
​
After receiving your order, we will cut the fabric, sew the garment together, quality check and measure and finally package your item. Your order will then be dispatched via Hermes on a next day delivery service if UK and a 7-10 working day service for international orders.

This process varies depending on whether your order is from the the ‘ready to ship’ section. If your order is not from the ready to ship section then it will be made to order, the time scales on production can vary depending on how busy we are, please visit our shipping & order processing page for more information on this.

What sizes do you cater for?
​
Please visit our size guide for help with sizing. If you don’t see your size listed here, please contact us by either email or DM and we will arrange a custom order for you in your desired size.

What do I do if my size is out of stock?
​
If your size is out of stock on an item from the ‘ready to ship’ section, you can still purchase this product as a made to order item. Please head to the 'Shop All' section of the website, find the relevant item and select your size. This will then be made and shipped via our made to order service.
​
If an item not from the ‘ready to ship’ section is out of stock, this likely means either our fabric for that product is currently out of stock and we’re waiting for a delivery to be able to re stock this, or we have discontinued this item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, apple pay, pay pal and Klarna.

Can I purchase a gift card?

How do I subscribe?

Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill in our subscriber form to be kept up to date with all the latest drops and discounts. This also includes a monthly newsletter with everything that’s been going on at Indigo Freya HQ that month.
